Terms of Use of the «Tools for Everyone» website and the «Money Is Here» video course

These Terms of Use govern how the «Tools for Everyone» website works, as well as the purchase and use of the «Money Is Here» video course.
Age restriction: 18+
The website and the video course are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 must not register on the website, provide personal data or buy the course. If the administrator learns that data of a minor has been received, it may be deleted after a request from a parent or legal representative to: kairvegan@gmail.com

By using the «Tools for Everyone» website, the user confirms that they have read and accept these Terms.
1. Definitions
Website — the «Tools for Everyone» website.
Administrator — the self-employed individual named in these Terms.
User — any person visiting the website.
Buyer — a user who has paid for the video course.
Video course — videos, instructions, files and other materials placed on the website or given to the user after paying for the video course.
2. General terms
The website provides information about the video course, its content, price, payment procedure and how to get access to the course materials.
The user must read these Terms before paying for the video course.
Paying for the video course means that the buyer accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Public Offer and the rules for access to the course.
If the user does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the website and not pay for the video course, and accordingly will not get access to the materials of the «Money Is Here» video course.
The game Super Game "The Money Ten" is free and educational and available only on the «Tools for Everyone» website (kaspikairbizmysite.com). All money in the game is virtual. The game result is not financial advice.
3. Description of the video course
Name of the video course: «Money Is Here».
The course includes: four video lessons; practical tasks.
Access to the private Telegram channel of the «Money Is Here» video course is given after the video course is paid for and the buyer confirms the payment.
The current content is shown in the video course.
The administrator may update materials, fix errors and add new lessons, provided this does not significantly reduce the declared scope of the course.
4. Course price
The course price is shown on the payment page or on the website.
Final price: 25,000 tenge. It may change from time to time at the administrator's discretion and is calculated in tenge unless another currency is shown on the video course page.
The administrator may change the price of the «Money Is Here» video course before payment. A price change does not affect orders already paid.
5. Payment via Kaspi QR or another method specified by the administrator
Payment is made via a Kaspi QR code.
Payment procedure:
- The user opens the Kaspi mobile app.
- Scans the QR code.
- Checks the amount and purpose of the payment.
- Confirms the payment in the Kaspi app.
- Sends the administrator the receipt or the details needed to check the payment.
- After the payment is confirmed, gets access to the private Telegram channel to study the course materials on their own for 90 days.
The administrator does not request or store PIN codes, passwords, SMS codes or full bank card details.
The payment is considered confirmed after the receipt of funds and the user's payment confirmation have been checked.
6. Providing access
Access to the video course is provided after the payment is confirmed.
Access may be provided:
- via a link to the materials;
- via a private message;
- by email;
- via WhatsApp;
- via Telegram;
- by another method specified by the administrator on the video course page.
Access is provided within 24 hours after the video course payment is confirmed.
If access has not been provided within this time, the user can write to: kairvegan@gmail.com
The buyer must give correct contact details. The administrator is not responsible for delayed access if the user gave a wrong phone number, email or nickname.
7. Rules for using the materials
The video course materials are for the buyer's personal use only.
The buyer must not:
- sell access to the course;
- pass the link or account to third parties;
- copy and distribute the materials;
- publish lessons publicly;
- upload materials to torrent sites and file-sharing services;
- present the materials as their own work;
- use the materials to create a competing course without permission;
- bypass technical access restrictions.
If these rules are broken, the administrator may restrict or end access to the course without a refund.
8. Copyright
All course materials, including videos, texts, images, files, tasks, structure and design, belong to the administrator or are used on a lawful basis.
Paying for the video course gives the buyer the right of personal access to the materials, but does not transfer copyright or the right of commercial distribution.
Copying, publishing, selling and distributing the materials without the administrator's written permission is prohibited.
All video materials on the website, including promotional, introductory and educational videos, are objects of the copyright holder's copyright. Visitors may watch the videos only on the website. Without the copyright holder's prior written permission, it is prohibited to download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, pass to third parties, sell or use such videos in advertising, commercial or other public purposes. It is prohibited to claim authorship or present the materials as one's own.
The game Super Game "The Money Ten" is free only on this website. It may be placed on other websites only under a paid licence from 150,000 tenge per month. The licence is paid in advance for each month. If payment is not received within 1 day after the end of the paid month, the game on the partner's site is suspended until payment is received. No refund is made for an unpaid period. If the partner breaches the licence terms, the Author may suspend the game without refunding the payment. See the Game Terms of Use for details.
Copyright infringement entails liability under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For copyright infringement, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for liability, including recovery of damages and payment of compensation under Article 49 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Copyright and Related Rights».
9. Disclaimer
The video course contains informational and educational materials.
The administrator does not guarantee:
- a specific income;
- employment;
- a particular result;
- a certificate;
- that the video course will meet every user's individual expectations.
The result depends on the user's preparation, regular study, completion of tasks and other circumstances.
The video course materials are not financial, medical, legal or other professional advice.
10. Refunds
The buyer may request a refund within 9 days of payment if access to the video course materials has not yet been provided.
After full access to the video course materials has been provided, refunds may be limited in cases provided for by applicable law.
The refund request is sent to: kairvegan@gmail.com. The request must include:
- the buyer's name;
- the payment date;
- the payment amount;
- the receipt or other payment details;
- the reason for the request;
- details or a contact method for the reply.
Each request is considered individually, taking into account whether access was actually provided and the requirements of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
11. User responsibility
The user is responsible for:
- the accuracy of the data provided;
- keeping the course link or access safe;
- respecting copyright;
- complying with these Terms;
- actions taken using the access given to them.
If the user passes access to a third party, they are responsible for the consequences of such access.
12. Administrator responsibility
The administrator takes reasonable measures to provide access to the private Telegram channel with the materials of the video course paid for by the buyer.
The administrator is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by:
- hosting failures;
- internet provider problems;
- Kaspi outages;
- actions of third-party services and the Telegram service;
- technical attacks;
- circumstances that could not reasonably be prevented.
13. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
To pay for and provide the video course, the name, phone number, email, messenger nickname, payment details and contact information may be processed.
The administrator does not collect bank card data, PIN codes, passwords or Kaspi confirmation codes.
14. Third-party services and the Telegram service
Kaspi, WhatsApp, Telegram, an email service and other third-party services may be used for communication, payment and providing materials.
The use of such services is governed by their own rules and privacy policies.
The administrator is not responsible for interruptions in third-party services if they are beyond the administrator's control.
15. Changes to the terms
The administrator may change these Terms.
The new version takes effect when published on the website, unless the version itself states otherwise.
For orders already paid, the version of the Terms in force at the time of payment applies, unless the change improves the buyer's position or is required by law.
16. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The parties try to resolve disputes through negotiation and by contacting support at: kairvegan@gmail.com
If no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered in the manner established by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
