Privacy Policy of the game Super Game "The Money Ten"

1. General provisions
This Policy explains what data the game Super Game "The Money Ten" (the «Game») on the «Tools for Everyone» website processes.
Author and copyright holder of the Game: Kairzhan Sultanovich Zhusupov, a self-employed individual applying the special tax regime for the self-employed, Republic of Kazakhstan (the «Author»).
Data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 «On Personal Data and Its Protection» and with the player's consent.
The game Super Game "The Money Ten" is free and educational and available only on the «Tools for Everyone» website (kaspikairbizmysite.com). All money in the game is virtual. The game result is not financial advice.
2. No registration needed
The Game needs no registration, email, phone number or password. The Game does not ask for passport data or bank card details. All money in the Game is virtual.
3. What is stored in your browser
This data is saved only in your browser's memory (localStorage) and is not sent anywhere:
- the player name you entered;
- your Game progress and the history of your decisions;
- best results and achievements;
- sound and voice settings.
You can delete it with the «Reset results» button in the Game or by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
4. Hall of Winners
Winners of levels 2 and 3 can add their result to the shared «Hall of Winners». This happens only if the player ticks «I agree that my name and result will be shown in the Hall of Winners» and clicks «Send to the Hall of Winners».
In the Hall of Winners all visitors see:
- the player's name;
- the title;
- the virtual capital;
- the chosen dream and business;
- the date of the win.
To protect against fake results, the server also stores the time the game started and an encrypted trace of the network address, without the IP address itself. This data is not shown to anyone.
You can remove your entry from the Hall of Winners at any time: write to kairvegan@gmail.com with your name and the date of the win.
5. Voice and sounds
Sounds are created by your browser. The voice summary is read by your browser's voice. The Game does not record sound and does not turn on the microphone.
6. Cookies and advertising
The Cookie Policy of the «Tools for Everyone» website applies on the Game page. Google AdSense advertising cookies load only after you click «Accept».
7. Who receives the data
The Author does not sell players' data. Hall of Winners entries are stored on Cloudflare servers. These servers may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. This is a cross-border transfer and it takes place with your consent (the tick before sending).
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out whether your entry is in the Hall of Winners;
- write to the game administrator at kairvegan@gmail.com and ask to remove your entry from the Hall of Winners;
- withdraw your consent to showing your name.
Write to kairvegan@gmail.com. The Author replies within a reasonable time.
9. Age 18+
The Game is intended for players who are at least 18 years old. If the Author learns that an entry of a minor has reached the Hall of Winners, it will be removed.
10. Changes and contacts
The Author may update this Policy. The new version takes effect when published on this page.
