Terms of Use of the game Super Game "The Money Ten"

1. General provisions

These Terms govern the use of the game Super Game "The Money Ten" (the «Game») on the «Tools for Everyone» website.

Author and copyright holder of the Game: Kairzhan Sultanovich Zhusupov, a self-employed individual applying the special tax regime for the self-employed, Republic of Kazakhstan (the «Author»).

By starting the Game, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not play.

2. The Game is educational

The Game is free and educational, available only on the «Tools for Everyone» website (kaspikairbizmysite.com).
All money in the Game is virtual. Game money, titles and achievements have no real value. They cannot be exchanged, sold or withdrawn.
The Game's result is not financial advice or a recommendation.
The figures in the Game come from open sources about Kazakhstan and are simplified for the game. In real life they may differ.

3. Age 18+

The Game is intended for players who are at least 18 years old.

4. Fair play

It is prohibited to:

use cheats, bots, scripts or other programs to play automatically;
fake results and send them to the Hall of Winners bypassing the Game;
enter rude, offensive names or other people's names;
interfere with the Game or the website.

The Author may remove from the Hall of Winners any entry that breaks these rules.

5. Hall of Winners

The Hall of Winners includes winners of levels 2 and 3 who ticked the consent box and sent their result.
A result is checked before it is added. A result may be rejected.
Being in the Hall of Winners gives no right to prizes, money or other rewards.
You can remove your entry by writing to kairvegan@gmail.com.

6. Copyright

The Game, its name, stories, texts, pictures, titles and algorithm belong to the Author. It is prohibited to copy, modify, sell, place on other websites or present the Game or its parts as your own without the Author's written permission.

The game Super Game "The Money Ten" is free only on the «Tools for Everyone» website (kaspikairbizmysite.com). The Game or its parts may be placed on other websites, apps and services only with the Author's written permission and for a fee. A licence to place the Game on one third-party website costs from 150,000 tenge per month. The exact price is agreed on written request to the Author of the website and the Game at kairvegan@gmail.com. The licence is paid in advance for each month. If payment is not received within 1 day after the end of the paid month, the game on the partner's site is suspended until payment is received. No refund is made for an unpaid period. If the partner breaches the licence terms, the Author may suspend the game without refunding the payment.

Placing the Game without a licence infringes the Author's exclusive rights. The Author may demand payment of the licence fee for the entire period of unlawful placement, as well as compensation under Article 49 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Copyright and Related Rights».

7. The Game «as is»

The Game is provided «as is». The Author tries to keep it working without failures, but is not responsible for lost progress when the browser is cleared, or for interruptions of the website, hosting or internet. The Author may change the Game, its levels and rules.

8. Personal data

What data the Game processes is described in the Game's Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and applicable law

The Author may update these Terms. The new version takes effect when published on this page. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The parties try to resolve disputes by negotiation via kairvegan@gmail.com.
