This document is the official public offer of Kairzhan Sultanovich Zhusupov, a self-employed individual applying the special tax regime for the self-employed, country: Kazakhstan, to conclude a service agreement with any legally capable individual who has accepted the terms of this offer.
Age restrictions: 18+
The website and the video course are intended for users who have reached the age of 18. Persons under 18 must not register on the website, provide personal data or purchase the course. If the administrator becomes aware that a minor's data has been obtained, it may be deleted upon request of a parent or legal representative sent to: kairvegan@gmail.com
1. General provisions
This offer is published on the Internet at: landing website «Tools for Everyone».
Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer is payment for the services to the Contractor, or any other action that clearly indicates the Customer's agreement with the terms of this offer.
From the moment of acceptance, this offer is considered an agreement concluded between the Contractor and the Buyer.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Contractor undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the video course «Money Is Here», consisting of 4 video lessons, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for access to the course on the terms of this offer.
The course description, the set of materials, the access period and other conditions are an integral part of this agreement and may be published on the Contractor's website.
3. Price and payment procedure
The price of full access to the video course is 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) tenge and may change from time to time at the Contractor's discretion.
Payment is made via Kaspi QR or by another method specified by the Contractor.
The obligation to pay and confirm payment for the video course is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received by the Contractor or by the payment service specified by the Contractor.
4. Procedure for granting access
After payment is confirmed, the Contractor provides the Buyer with access to the course materials — a link to the private Telegram channel by email, via the public Telegram channel «Paid course», or via another channel specified by the Contractor.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.
The start of the services is the moment the Contractor provides access to the course materials after payment and confirmation of payment for the video course by the Buyer.
5. Access period
Access to the video course is provided for 90 days from the moment payment is confirmed.
After this period, access to the course materials ends, unless a different period is set by a separate agreement of the parties.
6. Refunds
A refund is possible until access to the course materials has been provided.
After access has been provided, refunds are not considered.
To request a refund, the Buyer sends a request to the Contractor using the contacts listed in section 9 of this offer.
7. Personal data
The Buyer consents to the collection, processing and storage of the personal data necessary to perform this agreement and to provide access to the video course.
The procedure for processing personal data is set out in the Contractor's privacy policy.
8. Liability of the parties
The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Contractor is not liable for the inability to access the course for reasons depending on the Buyer, including errors in contact details, lack of Internet access or blocking of the services used on the Buyer's side.
The Buyer undertakes not to transfer access to the course to third parties without the Contractor's written consent.

10. Final provisions
This offer enters into force from the moment it is published on the Contractor's landing website «Tools for Everyone» and remains valid until it is withdrawn by the Contractor.
The Contractor may amend this offer, with mandatory publication of the updated version on the website.
The parties try to resolve disputes through negotiations and by contacting support at: kairvegan@gmail.com. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
